Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 5 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 tsp
  • vinegar
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • apple cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 4 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • celery seed - 2 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • tomatoes - 2 c
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • red pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • box Sure-Jell - 1 item
  • zucchini, ground with rind - 10 c
  • Dole crushed pineapple - 8 oz

How to make zucchini relish:

Cook first 3 ingredients until Sure-Jell is dissolved, then add remaining ingredients. Boil 4 minutes and pour into sterilized jars and seal. Yield: About 4 pints.
