Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 3 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped pimiento - 2 Tbsp
  • scraped onion - 2 tsp
  • small cans creamed corn - 3 item

How to make corn pudding:

Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add onion, pimiento, egg and corn and mix well. Turn into a baking dish. Set the dish in a pan of hot water and bake for one hour at 350° or until set.
