Corn pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 3 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pimiento - 2 Tbsp
- scraped onion - 2 tsp
- small cans creamed corn - 3 item
How to make corn pudding:
Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add onion, pimiento, egg and corn and mix well. Turn into a baking dish. Set the dish in a pan of hot water and bake for one hour at 350° or until set.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
