Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • milk
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • fresh, frozen or canned corn - 3 c

How to make corn pudding:

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt and sugar. Cook until bubbly. Add milk and cook until thick. Stir in corn. Stir in eggs that have been beaten until frothy. Pour into well-buttered casserole and set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350° about an hour.
