Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can evaporated skim milk - 1/2 oz
- can chicken broth - 1 1/2
- parsley optional - 1 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn with sweet pepper - 1 oz
How to make corn chowder:
In a medium saucepan, combine broth, onions and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together milk and flour. Stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in corn. HeRecipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
