Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
- slices bacon, cut up - 4 item
- large potatoes, sliced - 4 item
- soda crackers - 6 item
How to make corn chowder:
In a large saucepan, brown bacon. Add onion. Cook until tender. Add potatoes and water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 3 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
