Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- light cream - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- cubed potato - 4 c
- large pat butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make corn chowder:
Boil onion in 1 cup of water. Add potato and boil until done. Add more water, a little at a time, to prevent potato from burning down. Do not drain. Add corn, cream-style corn, light cream and butter. Salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
