Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon granules - 2 tsp
- cubed potato - 1/2 c
How to make corn chowder:
In large saucepan, combine frozen corn, potato, onion, water, bouillon granules and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until potato is tender. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of milk and the margarine. Combine remaining milk and flour. Stir milk-flour mix into corn mix. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
