Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 10 oz
  • milk
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chicken bouillon granules - 2 tsp
  • cubed potato - 1/2 c

How to make corn chowder:

In large saucepan, combine frozen corn, potato, onion, water, bouillon granules and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until potato is tender. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of milk and the margarine. Combine remaining milk and flour. Stir milk-flour mix into corn mix. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
