  • pkg - 10 oz
  • milk
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 C
  • margarine - 1/4 C
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 C
  • can chicken broth
  • prepared mustard
  • jar processed cheese spread - 8 oz

How to make cheese vegetable soup:

Cook veggies to your liking. Saut? onion in margarine. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in the milk. Gradually heat to boiling; stir constantly. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients (broth, cheese, mustard). Heat thoroughly.

Makes 5 cups of soup.
