Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced - 3 item
How to make corn chowder:
Combine potatoes, onion and water; cook until tender. Do not drain. Add margarine, cream-style corn and whole kernel corn. Add milk last. Salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
