Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- small bell pepper - 1 item
- can mushroom soup or celery - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Combine bell pepper, onion and margarine and cook together until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients to this. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and cover with grated cheese. Heat for 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
