Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- pimento, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt or powder - 1 tsp
- Mexican cornbread mix - 1/2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Recipe may be doubled for a large dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
