Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- yellow corn meal - 3/4 c
- can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
- medium Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spray 2-quart casserole lightly with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
