  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • yellow corn meal - 3/4 c
  • can green chilies, chopped - 1 oz
  • medium Cheddar cheese, grated - 3/4 c

How to make corn casserole:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spray 2-quart casserole lightly with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
