- milk - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 1/2
- self-rising cornmeal - 1 c
- chopped jalapeno peppers - 2 Tbsp
How to make tex mex cornbread:
Preheat oven to 450°. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan; set aside. Break egg into bowl and beat. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Corn.
