Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
- medium green pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots. Drain and cool. Cut onion and pepper in rings and mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate 12 hours or more. Will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
