Company vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sliced almonds, toasted - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- saltine crumbs - 3/4 c
- can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
- can cut green beans, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
- can whole kernel corn, drained or 2 c - 1 oz
How to make company vegetable casserole:
In a bowl, combine beans, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish. Combine butter, crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Green/yellow beans.
