Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- dry mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- slices bacon - 2 item
- real mayonnaise - 1 c
How to make company potatoes:
Boil potatoes in skin; peel and slice. Shred cheese. Dice onion fine. Mix all but bacon. Place in casserole with partially cooked bacon (chopped) on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. May be made ahead. If stored, add 15 minutes more baking timeRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
