- chicken pieces - 1 pkg
- jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- white rice optional - 1 item
How to make company chicken:
Preheat oven to 350°. Clean chicken pieces and place them in a glass baking pan, single layer.Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the chicken pieces. Bake for 1 hour. Let it sit for 10 minutes after it's done baking. Goes nicely with a big bowl of rice.
