Company casserole

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• sour cream - 1/4 c
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• chopped green pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
• hamburger - 1 lb
• cooked wide noodles - 8 oz

How to make company casserole:

Brown hamburger, pepper and onion. Saute a little; add tomato sauce and simmer. Mix soft cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream together. Layer 1/2 noodles first, then cheese mixture, 1/2 noodles, then hamburger mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
