Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • green pepper - 1 Tbsp

How to make company casserole:

Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown beef in butter. Remove from heat. Put tomato sauce in meat; stir. May use a dash of salt and sprinkle of sugar. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and green pepper. Spread half-cooked noodles onto greased dish. Cover with cheese mixture. Put in the remaining noodles. Pour melted butter over noodles. Put ground beef and tomato sauce on top. I sprinkle a little cheese on top.
