  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 8
  • ground beef - 1-1/2 lbs
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item

How to make company casserole:

Fry ground beef then add tomato sauce, garlic and salt to taste. To cooked noodles add sour cream and cottage cheese.

Add to buttered pan, layers of noodle mixture then layers of hamburg mixture then noodle mixture....on top cover with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven until warmed through.

Serve with tossed salad.
