  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • diced green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • cottage cheese - 1/2 lb
  • cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
  • noodles - 1/2 lb
  • ground chuck or round steak - 1 lb
  • snipped scallions - 1/3 c

How to make company casserole:

Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. Saute chuck in 1 tablespoon butter until brown. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat. In a separate bowl, combine cheeses, sour cream, scallions and green pepper. In a 2-quart casserole, spread 1/2 of noodl
