Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- olive or vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- red or green pepper strips - 1/2 c
- oregano, crushed - 1/4 tsp
- can Blue Lake cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can sliced carrots, drained - 1 1/4
How to make colorful vegetable saute:
In skillet, cook garlic in oil. Add celery, red pepper and oregano; cook until tender-crisp. Add beans and carrots; heat through. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Peppers.
