Cole slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- lemon juice
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- white vinegar
- very finely chopped cabbage 1 head - 8 c
- shredded carrot, fine 1 medium - 1/4 c
How to make cole slaw:
Combine all other ingredients, beat until smooth. Add cabbage and carrots; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Be sure slaw sets full 2 hours in refrigerator before serving for full flavor.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
