Ingredients/Components
- finely chopped cabbage - 8 c
- shredded carrot - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/4 c
- white vinegar
- lemon juice
How to make cole slaw:
Cut cabbage and carrots into small pieces, about the size of a rice kernel. The food processor works great for this. In salad bowl, combine all other ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add the cabbage and carrots. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
