Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• oleo - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• sour cream - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour and 1/4 tsp - 2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• nuts
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 Tbsp

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix oleo, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Grease and flour Bundt pan generously. Put 1/2 of batter into pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of topping. Add rest of batter, then rest of topping. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
