Sour cream coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- sticks oleo - 2 item
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream together oleo and sugar. add eggs and beat well. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix together brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon and oleo. Put a little of nut mixture in bottom of pan. Pour half of batter on top. Put rest of nut mixture on top and then finish with rest of batter.
