Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg
How to make coffee cake:
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg. Add flavoring last. In a Bundt pan, add a layer of batter, then sprinkle with a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon, then add a layer of batter, then sprinkle with sugar mixture, ending with batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand for 8 minutes, then remove from pan.
