Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- pecans - 3/4 c
- butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box vanilla pudding mix - 1 3/4
- In greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, put half of batter into pan and half of sugar mixture
How to make coffee cake:
Sugar Mixture (Mix Separately):1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. white sugar2 Tbsp. cinnamon3/4 c. pecans Combine all cake ingredients and mix well. In greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan, put half of batter into pan and half of sugar mixture. Repeat, then swirl well with a fork. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. butter flavoring Add enough milk to make it spread on the cake.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Coffee cakes.
