- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- raisins optional - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Sift flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices together and stir into first mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Wrap in foil when cool. Keep in refrigerator or freeze.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
