Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 item
- milk, divided - 2 c
How to make coconut pie:
Mix eggs and 1 cup milk, then add sugar. Mix well. Add 1 cup of milk and stir. Prepare flour with warm water (approximately 1/2 cup), enough to stir and then add to mixture. Cook mixture either on stove top or in microwave. If microwave is used, stir every 2 minutes until consistency is thick. Remove from heat, adding butter and vanilla. Pour in prepared pie shell.
