Coconut crunch delight
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- coconut
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
- cold milk
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- 6 oz - 1 pkg
- almonds - 1 c
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- coarsely chopped walnuts
- instant coconut pudding - 1 pkg
- 2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 c
How to make coconut crunch delight:
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium size saucepan over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Beat in sugar gradually with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; stir in vanilla. Stir in flour until thoroughly combined. Stir in 1 cup of the walnuts. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Combine remaining 1/2 cup walnuts with chocolate chips; sprinkle over top of cookie mixture, pressing down lightly. Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly pressed with fingertips. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
