  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • coconut
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • sweetened condensed milk - 2/3 c

How to make coconut macaroons:

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Combine milk, salt, coconut and flavorings. Mix thoroughly. Carefully fold into egg whites. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in 325° oven about 15 minutes.
