Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- coconut
- egg whites - 2 item
- almond flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- sweetened condensed milk - 2/3 c
How to make coconut macaroons:
Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Combine milk, salt, coconut and flavorings. Mix thoroughly. Carefully fold into egg whites. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake in 325° oven about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
