Coconut icing

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• pkg - 3 oz
• milk - 1 c
• c - 1 oz

How to make coconut icing:

While cake layers are baking, put into mixing bowl the sour cream, sugar and coconut. Heat in a saucepan 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar. To this, add one of the packages of coconut. Bring to a boil. When cake is cool, spread milk and coconut between the layers. Let the layers set before placing coconut and sour cream between the layers. Keep refrigerated.
