Coconut cream cheese pound cake

- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make coconut cream cheese pound cake:
Cream butter, shortening and softened cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Add to creamed mixture, stirring until just blended. Stir in coconut and flavorings. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
