Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• egg - 1 item
• Bisquick - 1 c
• instant potato flakes
• coconut extract - 1 tsp

How to make coconut cookies:

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, flavoring and rest of ingredients. Use 1/2 teaspoon batter; mash down with fork or thumb. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 80+ cookies.
