- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- butter or Imperial margarine - 1 c
- coconut fine - 1 c
How to make coconut cookies:
Cream butter and sugar. Add coconut mix. Add flour and soda to mixture. Form into balls. Press with fork dipped in sugar. Makes 8 dozen cookies. Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
