Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- chopped pecans
- coconut
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Line baking dish with nuts, then coconut. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut. Melt sugar, cream cheese and butter. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.Note: Cover after baked to keep moist. Also any cake mix can be used.
