Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 12 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter
- water
- coconut - 2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
How to make coconut cake:
Icing:4 Tbsp. butter2 c. coconut12 oz. cream cheese2 Tbsp. milk3 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Blend cake on medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir the coconut and pecans into the cake batter. Pour into greased and floured pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and toast coconut. Cool the coconut mixture. Cream 2 tablespoons butter, cream cheese and milk and beat in sugar and vanilla. Stir in 1 3/4 cups coconut. Ice the cake and use 1/4 cup coconut on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
