Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- coconut
- oil - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- Angel Flake coconut - 2 c
- Stir in coconut and walnuts
How to make coconut cake:
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. (Be sure to beat well the first 5 ingredients.)Icing:4 Tbsp. butter1 3/4 c. coconut2 Tbsp. butter8 oz. pkg. cream cheese2 Tbsp. milk3 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Brown 4 tablespoons of butter and coconut over low heat. Spread paper towel over and let cool. Cream together 2 tablespoons of butter with cream cheese. Add milk, powdered sugar and vanilla, then add the cooked coconut.
