  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • grated cheese - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • bottles chili sauce - 2 item
  • small grated onion - 1 item
  • Do not brown meatballs first

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix all ingredients together; makes approximately 90 small meatballs. Do not brown meatballs first. Simmer in following sauce for 1 hour.Sauce:1 can jellied cranberry sauce2 bottles chili sauce1 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine. Simmer together until smooth. Add meatballs.
