Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- ground sage - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- catsup - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
How to make meat loaf:
Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onions, parsley, salt, sage and pepper. Add beef; mix well. Pat into an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. Spoon off fat. Combine catsup, sugar and mustard; spread over meat. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
