Hot artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- crackers - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts - 1 item
How to make hot artichoke dip:
Preheat oven to 350°. Drain artichokes and chop. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Add to the artichokes. Place in ovenproof dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
