Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- cans minced clams with juice - 2 item
- Mozzarella, chopped - 1 (8
- oregano - 2 tsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make clam dip:
Saute first 3 ingredients in frypan. In ovenproof dish, mix remaining ingredients. Mix together with butter mixture. Place in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Clams.
