Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cans minced clams in water - 2 item
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- stick butter or margarine - 3/4 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- oregano - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
How to make clam dip:
Simmer clams in broth with lemon juice for 15 minutes. When hot, mix the rest of the ingredients together until it is somewhat thick (not too thick). Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Clams.
