  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • pecans optional - 1 item

How to make cinnamon zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350°.
