Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 5 5
- margarine - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- envelopes dry yeast - 2 item
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Cook pudding according to directions, using milk. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally. Dissolve yeast in water and stir in pudding. Beat in eggs and salt. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat with mixer about 4 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead 3 to 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubles. Punch down. Roll dough into rectangle. Brush with melted margarine; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up in jelly roll and seal edges. Slice 1 1/2-inch slices. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with glaze. Sprinkle with nuts.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Brunch.
