Cinnamon pecans
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- pecans - 4 c
- egg white - 1 item
- sugar granulated
How to make cinnamon pecans:
In one bowl, mix egg white and water. Beat slightly with fork to mix well. Pour 4 cups pecans into this mixture and mix until it is all soaked onto pecans.In another bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Mix well. Add wet pecans into sugar mixture. Mix this until all sugar is coated on pecans. Spread out on cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring about every 15 minutes.
