Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2/3 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make frosted pecans:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour over pecans and stir until well coated. Place on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
