Frosted pecans

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 2/3 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• water - 1 tsp
• pecans - 1 lb
• egg white - 1 item

How to make frosted pecans:

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour over pecans and stir until well coated. Place on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour.
