Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- boiling water - 1/3 c
- small carrots, cut up - 18 item
How to make cinnamon carrots:
Cut up carrots. Put into a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour boiling water over mixture. Pour ingredients over carrots in dish. Cover. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Carrots.
