Ingredients/Components

  • can peach halves - 1 item
  • can pear halves - 1 item
  • can apricot halves - 1 item
  • can pineapple chunks - 1 item
  • bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
  • oleo, melted - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • curry powder - 1 tsp

How to make hot curried fruit:

Drain all fruits and place in 3 quart casserole. Combine oleo, sugar and curry powder and pour over fruit. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting 3 or 4 times. Cool and refrigerate at least 1 day. Reheat before serving.
