Ingredients/Components
- can peach halves - 1 item
- can pear halves - 1 item
- can apricot halves - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
How to make hot curried fruit:
Drain all fruits and place in 3 quart casserole. Combine oleo, sugar and curry powder and pour over fruit. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting 3 or 4 times. Cool and refrigerate at least 1 day. Reheat before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
